Rated 1 out of 5 by just noodling from Nice looking, but poor fit and performance for me. I bought three pairs in September and the fit for me has not been very good. I have a bony, medium to narrow volume foot that rarely sweats and these socks both swim on me and actually cause me to perspire. I have washed and dried them all several times, but the fit is still unsatisfactory and the heels are even starting to pill & wear. I usually wear Smartwool and Darntough socks, so think I will stay with these brands in the future. Patagonia does many things well, but I think their socks are not on par with other companies that specialize in just socks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by wadsk1 from These socks rock! I only wear Patagonia socks because of the smooth toe seam. The weight of the sock is perfect for daily wear. The socks hold their shape and stay up all day long!

Rated 4 out of 5 by emilee from Still comfy These socks are my favorite. Nice colours, good build-it's a quality merino wool sock. It's more so the size chart that one should think twice about. I'm generally a size 8.5-9.0 in shoes, so I chose the Medium size as that is what the chart suggested. Except, the socks are too big for my feet. They don't hug the feet well, and my feet are almost slipping in the sock. I think a lot of things play into the right size for socks. My feet are long but they're not wide. I'd purchase these again, but for sure the Small size. For those of you who don't have wide feet and are in the Medium size range, I'd suggest a Small.

Rated 5 out of 5 by HawaiiAdventurer from great in work boots all day Aloha Gang! I bought these for work as a fire fighter. I'm in work boots all day and my feet tend to get hot and sweaty. I decided to spend the money on a good pair of socks and these have been awesome! My feet stay cool and comfortable all day. I wear a women's size 9.5 and Medium in these socks fit like a glove. I plan to get more!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sandhill from Warm, seamless, cushy socks These socks have absolutely no seam bump. Other socks claim to be "seamless" but aren't; these socks put other socks to shame. These socks are WARM, even when damp, so they're good for hiking and birding in cool places. Don't wear them while playing ultimate on hot turf! I tried that once and my feet felt like they were boiling in their cleats. I had to rush off the field to change socks. But for walking, they're awesome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Middy from Wear them everywhere These are terrific socks. They stay up nice, and they are very durable. The striped versions are for fun, and the solid color versions I wear to work in a professional office. My only complaint: Come on, Patagonia, where is the classic dark navy color??

Rated 4 out of 5 by ZBomb from "They are cool and cute" - girlfriend These are more than decent. They keep my feet comfortable and dry all day. They are soft and snug, yet breathable. My girlfriend thinks they're "cute" too. I gave it 4 stars because they are great, but I have other wool socks from another brand that are beyond compare. They're about the same price as these and are all-the-way-around better than these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Okie24 from Versatile and durable socks I now have about 15 pairs of these awesome socks. Some of them are couple of years old now and show little signs of wear. I have tried many other brands of socks and have been supremely disappointed in their performance and durability as they always develop holes and wear really thin in several places. These merino socks from Patagonia on the other hand do not wear thin and have no holes in them. They are very comfortable, breathable and do not stink after a hard day's work (which my wife absolutely loves!). I am a size 11 boot and the XL fits wonderfully. For years I have been hesitant and unwilling to spend this kind of money for socks, but I am truly grateful that I decided to take the plunge and spend the 20 plus dollars to purchase quality socks that will vastly outlast cheaper and less durable socks.
