Two front pockets with printed twill pocket bags; small coin pocket on the right hip; two rear pockets. Fair Trade Certified™ for sewing, we pay a premium for these cords that workers can use to improve their communities and standard of living. Inseam is 32".

Fair Trade Certified™

We pay a premium for every Fair Trade Certified item that carries our label. That extra money goes directly to the workers at the factory, and they decide how to spend it. The program also promotes worker health and safety and social and environmental compliance, and encourages dialog between workers and management. Fair Trade is one of the first tools we’re using at Patagonia to raise workers’ wages, improve their standard of living and move them closer to earning a living wage.

Organic Cotton

In 1996, with an increased awareness of the dangers of pesticide use and synthetic fertilizers in growing conventional cotton, we began the exclusive use of organically grown cotton in all of our cotton products.

The quality of organic cotton is equal to or better than conventionally grown cotton, yet organically grown methods support biodiversity and healthy ecosystems, improve the quality of soil and often use less water. Growing organically takes more time, requires more knowledge and skill, and, for now, costs more. But it’s worth it.

To ensure we are buying cotton that is organic as defined by the USDA’s National Organic Program, we require numerous certificates issued by an accredited third-party certification body for every step of the supply chain, from farm to factories.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great pants, just not a perfect fit. These were excellent quality pants, and I loved the green color, but I just couldn't get the fit right. I wish I could've kept them. I found the waist true to size – I'm 5'9", 150lbs, and got the 31 waist – but they just seemed to bunch too much around the hips and crotch for my liking. They were also fairly long. Other Patagonia 32" inseams I might have to fold up an inch, but these I had to fold more like 3 inches.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from important product change The cords have been a favorite of mine in in the past but the removal of the spandex to the fabric blend made the pants uncomfortable and immobile in comparison to the past...Patagonia please bring back the old design !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome fit Great cords...good fit in waste. Unfortunately i'm in between the 30 and 32 in inseam, but overall love the fit and look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit! I own several pairs of these in the slimmer fit version and like them a lot. They wear well and are not too tight in the legs for casual wear but free movement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent fit and comfort These cords are super comfortable. Highly recommended!! They run slightly large so I'd recommend going down a size. They don't shrink, but I don't wash them in hot water.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beats jeans any day First off, sizing: Im 6'0", 175 lbs, slim/athletic build, and usually wear a size 32/33 pant. Sometimes 34 depending on brand. The 33 is perfect for me, and the "regular" length is correct (a little bit long). Corduroys have a tendency to shrink over the years, as Ive discovered, and having them just a bit long is preferable. These are comfortable and look awesome- Ive got two pairs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable So far the cords have been great. Although the Patagonia khakis I purchased have a tear developing by the back pocket. These have also been good pants but my second pair that has ripped for no reason.
