Boats and trucks can only take you so far; you have to make it the rest of the way to the fish on your own two feet. When the trail gets long, our Ultralight Wading Boots keep a spring in your step all the way there and back. The streamlined synthetic leather uppers dry fast, flex easily and hold up through years of hard use. Durable monofilament mesh drains the footbed while keeping sand and silt out. The external rand, internal support and reinforced toe box protect feet from deep-water pressure and rocky river bottoms. The traditional front lace system features quick-drying laces; long-wearing, sewn-on polyester felt soles hold fin straps and can be resoled for extended life. Please remember to inspect, clean and dry felt soles after each use to reduce the possibility of transferring invasive species.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DancingRedband from Nice Boots Very light, but protective. I use Goatshead studs and with the felt the soles give reliable grip, even in the slippery Crooked River I fish a lot. This is my second pair.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Bobn from nicely made but very stiff and uncomfortable Feel like walking with 2 cement blocks on my feet, you can't even pull the laces tight when you put them on. they are size 10 wading shoes

Rated 4 out of 5 by Streamflow Guy from Good but could be better Like the boot. Comfortable for my feet an true to size for me. Felt seems to wear kind off fast after hiking. Like another reviewer I truly miss the studded felt boot for maximum traction. Here's my one big suggestion - the removeable insoles on my boots are riddled with little holes on the bottom. Each of those holes attracts a piece of gravel - or (and here's my point) if you're on the Madison or other rivers - possibly a new Zealand mud snail that unless you are an absolute zealot about cleaning your boots will be carried to another watershed. The holes in the insoles are absolutely perfectly sized to pick up (and conceal) a mud snail and carry it to another watershed. Ditch the holes in the insole.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Krispdx from Am I the only one who misses the felted studded? I'll be blunt: a felted boot is pretty much like any other felted boot. In my humble opinion, what sets each apart is ankle support and most importantly, traction. I miss the studded felt boot folks. Please bring them back

Rated 3 out of 5 by joe balls from OK but need to drain better Boots are comfortable and fit well. However they need to drain better, when I get out of the water I feel they hold a good amount of water. Therefore making the hike out harder with heavy feet.....

Rated 2 out of 5 by Roscoe59 from Tongue Depressing I received these boots and I loved how they looked and their light weight. I would have to agree with the first reviewer, they run very small and I too fear the mesh not being closed would be an invite for sand and pebbles. I really wanted the boots to work for me but they did not.

Rated 3 out of 5 by shans14 from gravel mesh flawed gravel guard mesh between the tongue and boot isn't fully attached at the bottom, letting in sand and gravel. A huge deal for wading boots. Other the boot is comfortable and light.
