Water Resistant

DWR (durable water repellent) fabric finish repels light rain and snow and decreases dry times. When DWR is used in conjunction with a waterproof/breathable barrier, the DWR finish keeps the outer fabric from becoming saturated so that the breathable barrier can do its job.

Organic Cotton

In 1996, with an increased awareness of the dangers of pesticide use and synthetic fertilizers in growing conventional cotton, we began the exclusive use of organically grown cotton in all of our cotton products.

The quality of organic cotton is equal to or better than conventionally grown cotton, yet organically grown methods support biodiversity and healthy ecosystems, improve the quality of soil and often use less water. Growing organically takes more time, requires more knowledge and skill, and, for now, costs more. But it’s worth it.

To ensure we are buying cotton that is organic as defined by the USDA’s National Organic Program, we require numerous certificates issued by an accredited third-party certification body for every step of the supply chain, from farm to factories.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cold Weather Go To Wore this to Niagara Falls in Canada and was warm the entire time. So comfy, love the long length. Temps were cold and it was windy, so pleased with this new coat!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More colors please! I LOVE this jacket, it is the perfect weight, length, everything. It fits true to size IMO; I've tried it on multiple times in store & would have bought it a long time ago it if both the green & saddle colors offered this season didn't totally wash me out. I like both colors, they suit the style & are practical, but I'm blonde & pale & they both literally make me look sick. No good. It's a bummer & I'm keeping my fingers crossed that maybe next year there will be a few more color options to choose from.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warmer than it looks, but not for the extreme cold I bought this coat because I am a wimp. I live in Minnesota, and the temperatures here are no joke. But I hate being cold. Wearing a puffy jacket when it's in the 30s or 40s looks a little silly here among the native Minnesotans (which I am not). With this coat, I can get away with being toasty warm without looking like I rolled in from out of town. I wore this coat (layered with a thick wool sweater and long-sleeve tee) for the first time today. It was 23 degrees and snowy when I left this morning, and I was very comfortable. When I came home from work, it was 11 degrees, with a windchill of negative 8, and I could definitely feel the cold and wind in my arms (the sleeves are not insulated with fleece like the rest of the coat). I will stick with my down parka when it drops into the teens or below. That being said, I bought this as a coat for late fall and early spring, so I wasn't expecting it hold up to extreme cold. I usually wear a small or extra small in Patagonia, and I went with an extra small, which still leaves room for layers but is not baggy. Super cute and fun sherpa lining.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favourite jacket! Love everything about this jacket. Was very hesitant on sizes as I was unable to locate a store close to me with one to try on. Usually a large in most normal jackets but purchased a medium (155lbs 5'6") the jacket could not fit better. Love the length, sits belowhips but just above my knees, great coverage, can easily fit a sweater underneath and still comfortable. the fleece lining is unbelievably warm and comfortable and the hood is the perfect size. Definitely my go to jacket, I've worn it daily since I got it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile, warm, cute and functional! I love this jacket. So much thought was put into the design and cut - it has adjustable cinches at the bottom and at the natural waist that can be tightened for a custom fit and ultimate heat retention. The hood is PERFECT nice and big with a soft shearling lining. Lots of pockets, but not overkill. Good freedom of movement. I bought the small and it's just right... I'm 5'8" 130lbs, athletic build. Perfect for hiking, casual biking, and can be dressed up with a scarf for going out. So happy with this jacket, worth every penny.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not flattering I really wanted to love this jacket. Love the Sherpa lining, but it was way too loose around the waist (even with the bungees tight). I also didn't like the front pockets, I felt like they made it more unflattering. I'm a small person though (5'3", 120lbs), it would probably work for someone taller.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Army chill, but with actual warmth I am obsessed with this jacket and so is everyone else who sees me in it!!! I love how the army green canvass is on trend, but inner shearling makes it practical. It is my warmest, most stylish jacket. I keep it in the back of my car, and never get caught shivering for the impromptu evening beach fire.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High quality classic I ordered this online in the Saddle color and it's even nicer in person. Such amazing quality. I'm 5'6 and weigh 150 pounds, 36C chest. I ordered the small because I have very narrow shoulders and work wear styles like this tend to be boxy. It's perfect. There is still a comfortable amount of room in the chest and I would be able to wear a hoodie underneath if I needed an extra layer. Though a two-way zipper would be nice, I didn't find that I was restricted whatsoever around the thighs like some of the other reviews suggested. I can even ride a bike while wearing it, and I am short with a long torso and very short legs. The cuffs hit at the ideal spot when I stretch out my arms. Though it isn't insulated in the arms, the material is quite thick and I imagine it will provide a decent barrier from the wind. That said, I haven't worn it in very cold weather yet (I'm moving from California back home to Canada and bought it in preparation). Though it seems to run slightly large, you can cinch it around the waist to add shape. This is the best purchase I have made in a long time - I know this jacket is going to be my go to for years.
