Patagonia Internship Program

Kindly note our internship program is currently on hold.

Each summer, Patagonia offers college students internship opportunities in a variety of departments throughout the company. These 12-week paid positions range from jobs in product development to finance to material sciences to marketing, and differ every year. Interns will gain valuable work experience and great exposure to Patagonia’s unique corporate culture.

Internships are offered at Patagonia headquarters in Ventura, California; Patagonia Provisions in Sausalito, California; and Patagonia’s Service Center in Reno, Nevada. All opportunities are posted in the winter and hiring decisions are made in the spring.

Here is what one Patagonia intern had to say about their experience:

“Hearing about what it means to be a progressive and ethical company is one thing, but being able to experience it firsthand was an incredible experience. It was highly encouraging to be a part of this unique community [and] to learn what sort of career opportunities could arise from a business background. The internship turns non-networkers into social butterflies, it turns the unadventurous into Patagoniacs, and it turns people who think conventionally about business into believers of the triple bottom line and the feasibility of a corporation to have aims besides profit.”
