We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store you bought it from or to Patagonia for a repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
Where do I return my item(s)?
If you have the original invoice/packing slip that came with your item, fill out the bottom portion and ship to the address listed. If you do not have the original invoice/packing slip, please use our printable Return Form and ship via Canada Post. If you have an order record with Patagonia, there should not be additional duty or taxes charged on the return. To ensure speedy delivery of your return, please document the items completely on the customs document. You can also skip the shipping cost and return your item(s) at any official Patagonia retail store.
