Crafted from the same fabric as its namesake boardshorts, the Wavefarer™ is a versatile hat for any occasion on land or sea. It rolls up into an interior pocket for easy packing and is made of quick-drying, lightweight stretch-woven recycled nylon fabric with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish to shed sea spray. A semi-rigid 360-degree brim floats and provides protection.

Water Resistant

DWR (durable water repellent) fabric finish repels light rain and snow and decreases dry times. When DWR is used in conjunction with a waterproof/breathable barrier, the DWR finish keeps the outer fabric from becoming saturated so that the breathable barrier can do its job.
