At Patagonia, our business is building the best product. If something isn't working for you, we want to help. We accept returns—both current season and sale items—for a flat-rate fee of C$19. Repairs can be sent to us with your preferred shipping method and we'll do our best to get you fixed up. Choose an option below to get started.

Please note, it may take up to 3 weeks to process your return and 10-12 weeks to complete your repair from the date you ship it to us.
