When you're fishing in cold conditions, you need to keep your fingers nimble enough to tie knots and grip line. Our Homepool Fingerless Gloves warm the hands, protect against stinging slush and—most importantly—the open palms provide direct contact with cork for maximum grip and sensitivity. Made from toasty 2.5mm neoprene with a 95% polyester (51% recycled)/5% spandex inverted microgrid insulated lining, the Homepools give you everything your hands need in cold weather without losing touch. They come in handy in warmer weather, too—the Homepools just happen to double as perfect beverage cozies.
  • Jersey-faced 2.5mm neoprene lined with 95% polyester (51% recycled)/5% spandex
  • Provides insulation to back of hand; open palm allows for good feel and grip on rod
  • Can be used to insulate cold beverages on hot days
  • 45 g (1.6 oz)

Recycled Polyester

In 1993, we adopted fleece into our product line made from post consumer recycled (PCR) plastic soda bottles. We were the first outdoor clothing manufacturer to do so. PCR® clothing was a positive step towards a more sustainable system – one that uses fewer resources, discards less and better protects people’s health.

Today, we’re able to utilize more sources for recycled polyester and offer it on more garments such as Capilene® baselayers, shell jackets, board shorts, and fleece. We now recycle used soda bottles, unusable manufacturing waste, and worn out garments (including our own) into polyester fibers to produce many of our clothes.

Using recycled polyester lessens our dependence on petroleum as a raw material source, curbs discards and reduces toxic emissions from incinerators.

Homepool Fingerless Gloves is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from No More Wet Sleeves! As a fishing guide in coastal Oregon, these homepool gloves are a game changer in the rain. They lock down around the outside of your wading jacket and prevent the rain from running down your sleeves and soaking up into your baselayers, whether you are rowing, casting, or just fishing in the rain, these gloves are a must for the fisherman who spends any time in rainy weather.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally gloves for people who don't wear gloves I hate fishing in gloves, but I hardly notice I'm wearing these. They just cover the bottom of your palm so you still get a good grip on rods and/or oars. They are especially nice in the rain as you can pull them over your jacket's wrist gaiter to get a double seal that will give you dry elbows all day. The smalls would barely fit over my girlfriends hands. Larges were perfect for me but I have small to average size hands for a guy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Small sizing I wear an L or XL in all gloves. I couldn't fit these on my hands. Bigger size needed for this great design.
