Learn More Close
Putting the miles behind you on the Lost Coast or threading your way through downtown crowds, this adaptable crew combines the technical merits of merino wool with travel-savvy styling. Worn alone in hot conditions, our lightest-weight Merino baselayer exchanges heat and moisture between your skin and the air to keep you cooler and more comfortable. It also layers easily as part of a system for colder weather. Merino wool is naturally breathable, regulates body temperature and stretches. It's also wonderfully soft and naturally resists odor. Ours is sourced from the grasslands of Patagonia. We slow-wash it for softness and shrink resistance, without the use of chlorine, then blend it with 35% Capilene® recycled polyester for durability and for dry times and moisture transfer superior to that of 100% merino. Features include a self-fabric collar with internal neck tape for chafe-free comfort, full underarm gussets for unhindered shoulder mobility, elastic thumb loops for secure hand coverage, low-bulk merrow seams to minimize chafing, offset shoulder and side seams to lie smoothly beneath pack straps, and a drop tail for additional coverage. Machine wash cold; machine dry at low temperatures.

Women's Merino Lw Crew is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Base Layer I bought my first Merino Lw Crew 3 months ago. I usually wear a M and the M fits as expected. The fit is like a t-shirt. For reference, I'm 5'2, 34C, 120 lbs. This top is super comfortable as a base layer and I love it as a sleep shirt! I've also worn it for yoga.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too scratchy It looks great and fits perfectly (medium for 5'9", 135 lbs) but it's just too scratchy for a base layer. It's going back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect Underlayer I really like my Merino crew shirt. I feel it provides a good amount of warmth on my ski days. My one issue... is that it seems to get more itchy with each wash.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Comfy! I bought one, wore it all day and then immediately bought another one while they were still on sale. Awesome value. Love the little thumb hooks that help keep the sleeves in place while pull on an outer layer.
