We opened our doors on the Upper West Side in 1999, and have been a community staple and hub for environmental activism ever since. The American Museum of Natural History is steps away, surrounded by Central Park, which provides a green getaway for museumgoers and is a neighborhood hangout. Climb the stairs to our second floor and relax in the lounge while browsing our selection of climbing anthologies. We have a great selection of quality Patagonia outdoor clothing and gear for the whole family, and a kind, knowledgeable, energized staff ready to help you in any way they can.
In-Store Shopping or Curbside Pickup Now Available
Patagonia Upper West Side is now open for limited in-store shopping or curbside pickup—and we’re following all CDC recommended protocols to keep you safe. Here’s what you can expect.
Limited In-Store Shopping
We’re excited to welcome you back in the store, but a few things have changed for our collective safety.
- We are limiting the amount of people who can be in the store at once. - Employees and customers must remain 6 feet apart and adhere to floor markings while waiting in line. - We are cleaning the store more frequently, especially product displays, counters, registers, payment devices and fitting rooms. - Employees are washing their hands more often. - Hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes are available for employees and customers alike. - Garments are getting steamed regularly to maintain cleanliness. - No hugging or high fives. Smiles, peace signs and words of encouragement are most welcome.
Curbside Pickup
Curbside pickup allows you to shop online and then swing by the store to grab your order. Most orders are ready within two business hours.
