Guide organization must offer multi-day wilderness trips

A letter of endorsement from your organization stating that you area a full-time guide during the operational season OR a recent paystub that states full-time status (please make sure to redact sensitive personal information)
Copy of liability insurance OR a letter of endorsement from an insured organization stating you guide full-time during the operational season.
Copy of your WFA or WFR or EMT-B/A/P or other applicable medical certifications
Proof of swiftwater rescue or ACA training
